Dinner Time!

Lest any of you think I don’t eat any actual real food (only sweets), here is a picture of what I fixed for dinner tonight:

Fried round steak with gravy
Garlic green beans

Delish!  And I have enough food left for 3 more meals 🙂

Weekday Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

While at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, I picked up some delicious tomato basil soup.  I knew that despite the fact that the high today was 86 degrees, I had to make grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch.

Grilled cheese is always made better with bacon.  So, after buttering my slices of bread, I added cheddar cheese, provolone cheese, and some bacon.

After heating up my soup (I love to drink my soup out of coffee cups), I enjoyed a tasty lunch.  I didn’t even mind that it was sweltering outside!
